Scientific and Research Project: 

She has a degree in Chemistry (University of Athens). She has worked for 16 years as a chemical analyst in a Health Fund of Bank of Greece. From 1997 to 2017 she worked as a Laboratory Associate at the Department of Medical Laboratories of Technological Education Department of Athens. She is coordinator and author of the undergraduate laboratory textbook Experimental Biochemistry (Kalippos 2022), she has participated in the translation of the WHO textbook “Analysis and handling of semen samples”, in the editing of thebooks “Inorganic Analysis”, “Biochemistry-Basic Principles”, “Lehninger Basic Principles of Biochemistry”, “Biochemistry”. She has 26 publications in international journals, 25 papers in international and Greek conferences and 15 publications in Greek peer-reviewed journals (h-index scopus = 4). She supervised 2 PhD thesis and has supervised numerous thesis in the undergraduate program and in 3 postgraduate programs. She is a member of the IFCC committee “Nomenclature, Properties and Units (C-NPU) in collaboration with International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)”.

Awards:  Three paper awards in Greek conferences (Clinical Chemistry, Hellenic Diabetes Society).
